Seekh Kabab recipe is a delicious Barbeque recipe. Prep with minced lamb marinated with Garm Masala, raw papaya , garlic ginger , red and black pepper, carom seeds, cumin seeds, and nutmeg powder. The batter is given Seekh Kabab recipe form with hands and shallow fry in oil. The ingredients used in this Seekh Kabab recipe are essential to give it a perfect traditional taste and aroma. In order to make perfect Kebabs, then you should marinate mince meat for almost an hour as directed in the recipe. Seekh Kebab is served along with other barbeque dishes and can be a perfect thing to make for a barbeque party. Eid ul Adha is incomplete until you make Seekh Kebab. Seekh Kabab recipe taste best with Mint chutney or sauce. It can be serves with a Roti or Nan.



Ingredients:

1) 600 grms Lamb Mince(qeema)

Brown Color
2) 3/4 tsp Garm Masala
3) 1 tsp Garlic (Lehsun) paste
4) 1 tblsp Raw Papaya Paste
5) 1 tsp Ginger (Adrak) Paste
6) 2 tblsp Cashewnut (Kaju)
7) 2 tsp thick Cream (Cream Malai)
8) 2 Onion (Pyaj)
9) 2 tsp Carom Seeds / Thyme (Ajwain)
10) 2 tsp Dried Mango Powder (Amchoor)
11) 2 tblsp Rock Salt (Kala Namak)
12) 3 tblsp Cumin Seed (Jeera)
13) 1 tblsp Dry Ginger (Saunth)
14) 1 tsp Black Pepper (Kali Mirch)
15) 1/2 tsp Nutmeg Powder(Jaiphal)




Method:


1. Wash the qeema and put in a strainer and gently press to squeeze out all the water.




2. Mix all the ingredients to the qeema and knead well.

3. Keep aside for 1.1/2 hour.

4. Heat a gas oven or an electric oven with the skewers.

5. Take a big ball of the qeema mixture and hold a hot skewer carefully in the other hand.

6) Press the mince on to a hot skewer.

7. The qeema will immediately stick to the hot skewer.

8. Repeat with left over mince on all the other skewers.

9. Place the skewers in the oven.

10. Keep rotating the skewers occasionally.

11. When cooked, gently remove the kababs from the skewers with the help of a napkin.

12. Shallow fry the kababs on a nonstick pans in 1 tablespoon oil.

13. To serve sprinkle some chat masla and lemon juice on the kababs.
