Chinese Hot and Sour Soup is perfect to beat the chills of winters.        Chinese Hot and Sour Soup Recipe 



Ingredients:


1) Sugar 1.5 tbsp

2) Salt To taste


3) Chinese Salt 0.5 tbsp


4) White Pepper Powder 1.5 tbsp


5) Food Colour (Red or Orange) 1.5 pinch


6) Chicken Boneless(shredded) 400 gm


7) Cabbage 50-60 gm


8) Carrot 50-60 gm


9) Tomato Ketchup 1.5 cups


10) Lemon Juice 1 large


11) Cornflo 1 cup


12) Eggs 4


13) Chicken Powder 3 tsp


14) Chilli Sauce 25 ml


15) Prawns 120 gm


16) Onion 2 



Cooking Method:

1. Boil 3 cups of water. 


2. Now add chicken powder and mix well. 

3. Then add sauce, spices, sugar, chicken and prawns and cook for 20-25 minutes. 

4. Now add ketchup and vegetables and cook for 15 minutes. 

5. Beat eggs and add in the soup, stirring slowly and continuously. 

6. Now mix corn flour in water, avoiding lupm formation also add food colour in it and slowly mix in the soup. 

7. Add lemon juice in the end and cook for 15 minutes.

The Chicken Corn Hot & Sour Soup is ready for Servings.
