INGREDIENTS:
1. Almonds: 8
2. Walnuts: 4
3. Cashews: 8
4. Raisins: 8
5. Flour: One and a half cups of milk powder
6. one cup sugar
7. one cup fresh cream
8. one cup milk
9. one cup vanilla essence
10. 3 to 4 drops baking powder
11. one tablespoon soda
12. ¼ Tablespoon ghee
HOW TO PREPARE:
1. Finely crush 8 almonds but do not make it powder.
2. Grind cashews and walnuts as well.
3. Take 8 cashews and grind it
4. Put all these things in a bowl and mix raisins in it.
5. Mix it well and keep it aside.
6. Take 1 ½ cup maida in the second bowl.
7. Add 1 cup of sugar to one cup of milk powder.
8. Now mix fresh cream and milk in it.
9. Mix it well until smooth.
10. Now add vanilla essence to it and mix it till it dissolves completely.
11. Add grinded dry fruits to it.
12. Keep it for a while.
13. Put ghee on a baking tray.
14. Add one teaspoon of baking powder and 1 ¼ teaspoon of baking soda to the cake mixture.
15. Mix the whole mixture well and pour this solution on a tray with ghee.
16. Before this, keep the oven at pre heat for 10 minutes.
17. Put the cake in mold and keep it in the oven at a temperature of 170 degrees Celsius for 45 to 50 minutes.
18. Once this is done, take the tray out of the oven.
19. Take out the cake from the mold and let it cool for 15 minutes
20. Cut and serve the cake.
