     Easy No-Cook Chocolate Ice Cream

What could better than homemade 
ice cream? that homemade ice cream only has five ingredient,s and can be put together in just minutes? An easy chocolate ice cream recipe should be for anyone interested in making homemade frozen desserts.

This recipe is great served as-is but there are tons of mix-ins that you can add to increase the tasting. A ribbon fold chocolate syrup after the ice cream is frozen. add a handful of chocolate chips, or even add a few roughly chopped chocolate sandwich cookies. Double up the chocolate goodness.

Ingredients :

1) 1 1/2 cup whole milk
2) 
3) 1 cup granulated sugar
4) 
5) 1 tsp. vanilla extract
6) 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder


Method:

 1 ) Mixing the ingredients 

2) Whisk together milk, cocoa powder, and sugar to combine. Cocoa & Suger should close to completely dissolve.

3) Whip the heavy cream until it has stiff peaks, then stir it and vanilla extract into the vanilla cocoa powder mixture.

4) Refrigerate the chocolate ice cream base for at least 40 minutes before putting it in your ice cream freezer , so it is need completely cold. This will help it freeze quickly , improving the texture, and allow the cocoa powder to become fully hydrated by the milk and cream.

5) Give the ice cream base one more gentle stir and freeze according to the directions of your ice cream freezer.

6) Store your ice cream in an plastic container in the back of the freezer. 


Recipe Variations:

Although the recipe calls for whole milk, you can use whatever you have on hand. I have put together this recipe with 1% milk on several occasions and it always turn out great. Keep it simple and try not to buy too many ingredients that your family won’t use otherwise.
Vanilla, strawberry  & Chocolate ice cream are three great basic flavors. you can start getting creative by changing things up. For exap try adding a teaspoon of coffee powder to this easy chocolate ice cream. You will get a great flavor without taking any more time putting the recipe together.
Add any other mix-ins you like, but do so after the ice cream has set up.

        Thai Fried Rice Recipe with Shrimp

Thai fried rice with shrimp is a very typical Thai street food dish, available at all stir fry restaurants Though you can order the dish with your choice of meat, shrimp is the most popular option. Its given Thai fried rice unique tast, is that it's served with a squeeze of lime on top to give it a nice sour tinge, and always accompanied by Thai condiment of chilies and fish sauce. Enjoy this recipe for Thai fried rice!


Ingredients:


Fried Rice with Shrimp   

 1) 3 cups of cooked Jasmine rice cooled (or day old rice works well too) - Or just estimate about 1 normal bowl full

2) About 10 - 15 shrimp, head peeled, but tail on

3) 1/2 of a big white onion or 1/2 of a very small white onion. 

4) 2 leaf of Chinese broccoli or any crisp green leafy vegetable. 

5) 4 cloves garlic

6) 2 eggs 

7) 2 tablespoon soy sauce

8) 1tablespoon oyster sauce

9) Pinch of sugar (optional) 

10) tablespoon of oil for frying
  
   
   Chilies in Fish Sauce 

1)  6 Thai chilies 

2) 3 tablespoons of fish sauce

3) 1 of a lime



Instructions:

Fried Rice

1- If you’re using all fresh shrimp, first pinch off the head and peel the outer shell of the shrimp, leaving only the tail on (that’s Thai style). 

2- Peel 3 cloves of garlic and then just finely mince them

3- Slice 1/2 of a sweet white onion into med sized strips

4- Finley dice about 4 - 6 green onions

5- Take 3 leaf of Chinese broccoli (kai-lan) slice it in half first along the spine and then slice it into 2 centimeter sized strips

6- Turn on your stove to low medium , heat up your frying pan and add about 2 tablespoon of oil

7- Once your oil is hot, add the garlic first, and stir fry continuously for about 20 seconds or so, until it gets nice and fragrant

8- Next toss in your shrimp and fry for about 40 seconds - your shrimp should start to turn pink and feel more firm



9- add in a little less than 1/2 of your rice first. This is going to soak up all those delicious shrimp juices and oils and keep your rice nice and dry. Stir fry for about 15 more seconds - This is a little known trick to make good rice, so it remains nice and dry

10- Scoot all your rice to one side of the pan, and then crack in the egg into the empty side

11- When the egg up, let it cook for a few seconds, and then start to mix it up with the rice and shrimp

12- Keep stir frying for about 25 seconds until the egg is fully cooked, and then add in the rest of your rice, and give it a quick stir

12- Add 2 tablespoon of soy sauce, 2 tablespoon of oyster sauce, just a pinch of sugar (optional), and continue stir frying your rice, making sure all the sauce get mixed in

13- Then add your chopped Chinese broccoli and onions, and stir fry for another 40 seconds until the vegetables wilt, but they can still be crisp and not fully cooked

14- Lastly toss in your green onions, stir it a few more seconds, and it’s ready

15- Immediately dish your fried rice onto a plate

16- Slice off a wedge of lime, and serve it on the plate next to the ricet

17- At last I like to sprinkle some freshly ground black pepper on top to give some extra look & flavor.


    Chilies in Fish Sauce

1) Add 5 tablespoons of fish sauce to a small bowl

2) Slice about 7 Thai chilies (you can add more or less, up to you), and add them to the fish sauce 

3) Finally, I like it with a little squeeze of about 1/2 of a lime - but this is optional - and at many Thai restaurants it’s only fish sauce and chilies

4) That’s is, give it a stir, and set it aside

  Italian Chicken Piccata Olive Garden copycat                                         Recipe

The Olive Garden Chicken Piccata copycat tastes as same as the original if not better. Seared chicken breasts are topped with a lemon garlic, butter sauce, sun-dried tomatoes and capers. Serve with green veg and a side of mashed potatoes for one seriously delicious dish

After enjoying the chicken piccata at Olive garden, i decided to make the restaurant / hotel version. This recipe is simple (one-skillet kinda dish) and very tasty . If you’re not familiar with capers there are a pickled flower buds that are the size of peas. The ones I purchased (from Costco) were marinated in vinegar.

If you like tangy and medium -sweet (sweet–from the cream) kind of flavor than this recipe is a total must make. It definitely takes the chicken to another level.  Let me know if you think this tastes like Olive Gardens version

Ingredients:

1)  6 chicken breasts, pounded to 1/4″ thickness
2)  2 small onion
3)  12 sun-dried tomatoes, cut into strips
4)  2 tbsp garlic, minced
5)  2 cups chicken broth
6)  2 lemon, juiced (about 2 tbsp)
7)  1/2 cup capers, rinsed
8)  4 tbsp butter
9)  1 cup heavy cream
10)  Salt & pepper
11)  6 tbsp olive oil for frying



Cooking Method Chicken Piccata Recipe:


1) Chicken breasts with salt & pepper and cook over med-high heat on both sides until golden and cooked through. (about 7-10 minutes on each side.) Remove chicken and set aside.
2) In the same skillet add the onion, sun-dried garlic and tomatos Sauté until light browned (1-2 mint) and then whisk in the chicken broth, capers and lemon juice, scraping up bits from the pan. Let the sauce simmer over med-low heat for 12-17 mint to reduce in size by about half the amount.
3) When sauce has thickened, remove from the heat and whisk in the butter until it melts then add the cream. Heat through on the heat for about 45 seconds then remove completely from heat. finally put the chicken breasts to coat in sauce and serve.





Tip: Use 1-2 tbsp of the sun-dried tomato oil for some of the olive oil for extra flavor.

Chicken Biryani is a Mughlai dish. This dish is very famous in India. People who like chicken eat this dish very keenly. Chicken biryani takes more time to cook, but it tastes great. Whether it is a guest at home or a function, it is ready in a very short time. Chicken biryani is such a dish to eat Fun is something else. Chicken has both protein and fat which is very beneficial for lean skinny people. It also gives strength to the body. Chicken is usually the pride of every party. Chicken has many nutritious elements which greatly benefit our body. Follow the recipe given below and easily make this delicious biryani..

Time to become Chicken Biryani According to the method given above, it takes about 35-60 minutes to prepare and it takes 1 hour to cook and prepare it. Although there are other ways to make it, but it takes so much time according to this method. Accordin to the members If this dish is made using the method given above, then it is enough for 5-6 members.

Ingredients :

1) 1/2 kg Chicken 
2) 1/2 kg Basmati rice
3) 1/2 cup yogurt 
4) 2-3 green chilies Coriander leaves
5) 2 tsp chilli powder Peppermint
6) 50 grams ginger garlic paste
7) 30 grams of garlic
8) 2 tsp garam masala 
9) 3 tsp oil Salt to taste 
10) 1 lemon 7 to 4 cloves Cinnamon 
10) 3 cardamom 
11) 3 tsp ghee
12)  2 onions 
13) 3 tsp milk



Cooking Method :

1) First of all, clean the chicken and rice thoroughly with water. Cut the onion and fry it. Now add garlic and ginger paste to it.

2) Now add salt, chili, garam masala, curd, ginger garlic and onion paste to the washed chicken. Mix well with the chicken.



3) Add lemon juice, green chillies, ghee, coriander, mint, oil to it and mix well and keep it for 15-20 minutes.

4) Put the cleaned rice in 3/4 cup water and keep it on the gas. Add long, cardamom, coriander mint leaves and lemon juice to these rice and cook on low heat. When the rice is cooked well, remove the water from them.

5) Take a pot and put the soaked chicken in it and let it cook for a while.

6) After cooking the chicken add rice to it. Put the fried onions, coriander mint leaves over it. After mixing all the ingredients well, add milk and food coloring to it.

7) Mix all the mixture well. Now cover this pot with a lid and cover it with clean cloth so that steam does not come out.

8) After lowering the flame, leave the pot on the gas for 15-20 minutes.

9)Your chicken biryani is now ready.
